Here is the step by step process to get your own mystical / inner truth answers. It works, we needn't get into what is answering the questions for you- a list of possibles is at the bottom of this post.

1. practice emptying your mind and letting it slow down. Most people are constantly distracted internally by a confusion of messages from their own thoughts- let this pass.

2. as you try and do this, your lower self will try and keep you drugged and distracted for fear that you will become a coherent person and put your full faculties to work. The lower self is a lazy slave animal and doesn't want you to do this. For this reason expect to be distracted by sudden cravings for junkfood, interruptions by negative people, sudden need to use the toilet, sudden tiredness and so on. PERSEVERE THROUGH ALL THIS BULLSHIT.

3. once your mind is relatively clear, tell yourself the following in clear thought- say it out loud if it helps:

I AM AWAKE. I AM CLEAR. I AM A MIRROR.

4. Now test your faculty.

Ask yourself a question to which you know the answer. The moment you ask yourself that question, either silently or out loud as you prefer, listen for the immediate answer, before any thoughts get in the way- the first answer that pops into your head. Try and train yourself to only get a yes or no answer. To do this, make sure your question is clear, simple and capable of being answered with a yes or no answer. For example ask, "have I drunk green tea today?" "have I eaten chocolate today?" "has XXXXXX phoned me today?" and so on.

5. once you are "feeling it", ask yourself five questions in a row to which you know the answer. ALL FIVE QUESTIONS must be answered correctly!

6. once you have got five correct answers in a row as your control, start asking other questions you don't know the answer to. It's helpful to have someone else present to record the questions and answers. It's good to write all the questions out first, then fill in the answers. This allows you to check your success rate. Eventually, your success rate will climb to 100%.

There you go. No Zetas, LEM or other bullshit. Do it for yourself.
